Changing your password or email
Both ask for your current password first.
01Change password
From Account settings, confirm the password you use now and choose a new one. Knowing the current password is the check — an open tab on someone else’s machine cannot quietly change it.
02Change email
Moving your sign-in to a different address also asks for your current password. The change takes effect once you confirm it, and the new address becomes the one you sign in with.
