01Profile settings
Settings → Profile holds your first and last name, gender (including a prefer-not-to-say option), date of birth and address. Changes save to your account and follow you across devices.
02Why a form may already know you
These details are yours, not any organisation’s. They are what lets a booking or an enquiry form arrive part-filled instead of asking you to type your own name again.
