01Organisation details

Organisation in your settings holds the record an NZBN lookup filled in, which you can correct by hand.

Name
The name customers and invoices see.
Type
The legal form of the business.
NZBN
Your New Zealand Business Number.
Size
How many people work here. Rosters, roles and permissions size themselves to it.

02Availability: hours, closures and schedules

Availability in your settings holds the three things that decide when you can be booked.

Business hours
Your weekly opening times. They show on your page, the agent answers from them, and they are the times offered when an offering has no schedule of its own.
Closures
Days or spans you are shut, one off or recurring. They block bookings on those days without touching your hours or schedules. An event still runs and takes bookings whether you are open or closed.
Schedules
Named blocks of bookable time that offerings share. A schedule runs whenever it says, even outside business hours.

03Services

Services list and prioritise what your business does. This is the descriptive list that helps people find and understand you; the things they can actually buy are the offerings in your catalogue.
