Organisation Settings → Organisation holds the logo and the entity’s details — the legal name, type and registration that an NZBN lookup filled in, and that you can correct by hand.
02Business hours
Operating hours record your weekly availability so people know when you are open. They are read by the public side of the platform, so the agent can answer “when are you open?” without anyone typing the answer again.

Services list and prioritise what your business does. This is the descriptive list that helps people find and understand you — the things they can actually buy are the offerings in your catalogue.
