Timers and time logged
One running timer per person, and where the hours end up.
01One at a time
You have one running timer, not one per item. Starting a timer somewhere stops whatever you had running, in the same breath, and the toast names what stopped so nothing disappears quietly. Starting work on an item you are not assigned to assigns it to you.
02Where the time goes
A stopped entry lands on the item’s Time logged row and in Activity → My time, where it joins whatever you added by hand for the week.
03The idle nudge
A timer still running after eight hours earns one reminder — once for that entry, never a second time — telling you to stop it if you have finished. A flow can turn the nudge off for its own items; timers not attached to any item always get it. Nothing ever stops a timer for you. A forgotten timer is a wrong timesheet, and only you know which it was.
