The questions you can ask

Fifteen types, including the ones that do more than collect text.

01The everyday ones

Text, paragraph, number, email, phone, date, dropdown, choice and rating cover most of what a form asks. Each one can be required, each can carry a line of help text under it, and number and rating can state a minimum and maximum.

02The ones that draw on your organisation

Booking time offers the real sessions of the offering being bought, and the answer is a session. Member select offers exactly the members you picked when building the form — drawn from the people marked selectable in member settings, never the whole roster. Time preference offers labels you wrote, like Morning or Afternoon — it is a preference, never a time. Venue offers places you listed, and the respondent can still name somewhere else.

03The ones that are not questions

A Content block collects nothing: it is a heading, some copy and optionally an image, for explaining a section before you ask about it. An Outline lays out branches and their leaves for structured picking. That is the whole suite — fifteen types. There is no file question: files belong to an item’s Documents, not to a form, and checklists live on a flow’s stages rather than in a question list.
