What a form is, and where people meet it
A form is a set of questions. Where it is answered is decided by what you attach it to.
01A form is its questions
There is nothing to configure about a form except what it asks. No type, no audience setting, no after-submit behaviour — just a name and a list of questions.
02Two places it can be attached
Attach it to an offering and it is asked at that offering’s checkout — anyone who can buy the thing can answer it, no account needed. Attach it to a flow whose On the profile switch is on and it appears in that flow’s area on your profile page — anyone who can see the page can answer it, anonymous visitors included. Attached to nothing, a form has no public surface at all: your own team reaches it from the flow board.
03A form has no address of its own
There is no per-form link to hand out. Everything a customer reaches is your profile page or a checkout, so the questions arrive inside the page they are already on. Several offerings may carry the same form at their checkouts, but a flow claims a form exclusively — one form is collected by at most one flow, and the same is true of an offering.
