How do I set up what I sell?
Add offerings, price them, publish them, and choose which go on your profile page.
01Two views of one catalogue
Your profile page at /nz/your-handle is your business as a customer meets it. The Offerings door is the same catalogue from behind the counter, with four segments: Catalogue, Orders, Customers and Reviews. You move between them constantly — put an offering on the profile page and View, under Organisation Settings → Public profile, shows you exactly what the customer will see.
02Add an offering
Press New in the Offerings door and choose a template or a blank canvas — that is the whole dialog. Naming, pricing and everything else happens in the editor, where those facts live. There is no type to pick. An offering is what it declares: turn on Availability and it takes bookings, turn on Variants and it has options, turn on Who delivers it and customers can be offered a person. A mug, a class and a membership are the same record with different switches on.
03Published is not public
A new offering is a draft only your team can see; on your own profile page it appears veiled so you can judge it in place. Publishing makes it live internally — sellable from the board, offered in every internal picker. Getting it in front of customers is one more step, and it is not made here: attach the offering to a flow, publish that flow, and turn on its On the profile switch. That single switch is what puts everything the flow takes in — its offerings and its forms — on your public page, so the way in and the work behind it are never out of step. Paid offerings publish whether or not you use Able Payments. Without a payout account connected, orders simply arrive unpaid and you record the payment yourself once the cash, EFTPOS or bank transfer lands.
04It sells straight into your flows
Every checkout line lands as an item on the flow the offering is attached to — orders to fulfil, bookings to confirm, enrolments to onboard. Attach it from the flow editor’s purchase trigger, or notice it is unattached and fix that: an offering no flow collects reaches no board.
