Customers, members and reviews

One customer list, memberships over the bank rail, and moderated reviews.

01One list, three lenses

Customers is a single list you can narrow to All, Members or Companies. Most customers add themselves — they arrive through a checkout, a booking or a form — so the list fills without data entry. New customer exists for the ones who walked in. Companies group the people who buy on one account, which is what makes B2B invoicing readable.

02A member is a customer on a membership

Members are simply customers holding a membership offering. Add one from the Offerings door → Customers → New member: pick or create the customer, choose the membership package, and send a bank-consent invite so they approve the recurring payment from their own bank. The Members lens carries the recurring strip — monthly recurring revenue, renewals due in the next week, and anything past due — for people whose permissions include the management view.

03Reviews are moderated before they publish

New reviews arrive Pending and publish nothing until approved. From the Offerings door → Reviews you can approve, hide or respond to each one, and filter the list by status. Only approved reviews appear on your profile page, and the ★ aggregate recomputes the moment a status changes — hiding a review corrects the rating immediately.
