01Turn Shipping on per offering

An offering with Shipping on makes checkout ask where to ship. The buyer picks their address on the map, and your rate for their region joins the total as its own Shipping line, GST included where you are registered.

02Rates live in Checkout settings

Under Organisation settings, Checkout, add one rate per region you ship to. The rate whose region name appears in the buyer’s address locality applies; a rate with no region catches everywhere else. No rates means shipped offerings ship free.

Free shipping over

Orders at or past this subtotal ship free. Leave it empty and shipping always charges.

One rate per order

A basket of several shipped items pays the region’s rate once, never per item.

03Where the address lands

The delivery address rides the order: it shows on the order under Fulfilment, on the flow item the purchase lands as, and flow steps can use it through the purchase facts.
