How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
01Cancel from Plan & Billing
In Settings → Plan & Billing, choose Cancel. Your plan stays active until the current period ends and then reverts to Free — nothing further is charged, and the row shows “Ending at period close” in the meantime.
02Switching to Free through checkout is different
Choosing Free from the plan picker is not the same action. That ends the paid plan immediately and does not keep the rest of the period you have already paid for. It asks you to confirm precisely because the two paths differ — if you want the remaining time, use Cancel.
03The consent outlives the plan
Cancelling stops the subscription; it does not revoke the bank consent behind it. That lives in your settings, under Akahu, and can be revoked there.
