A read-only ledger of what came in and what went out.
01What the ledger shows
Money totals what was received and what was sent, and lists the movements behind those totals. It is a sanitised server view: amounts, directions and states — never balances, never account numbers.
02It is a lens, not a control panel
Nothing here moves money. Refunds are issued from the order they belong to, and payout settings live in Organisation Settings. Money is where you go to see what happened, not to make something happen.
03Money is finely permissioned
Seeing the ledger, reading an individual payment, connecting the bank account money lands in, granting or revoking authority to charge a customer, and sending money back are five separate permissions. By default the bank-level ones sit with the owner alone, so an admin can run the business day to day without ever being able to redirect where the money goes.
