Who sees what in Activity?
Reports and Money are permissioned; My time is personal.
01Three sections, not three tabs everyone gets
Activity opens on My time, which every member has because it is about their own hours. Reports and Money appear only for holders of the management permissions. Absent tabs are absent, not greyed out. A member who cannot see Money is not told there is a Money tab they are missing, and the server would refuse the data even if the tab were forced open — the client gate is convenience, not the wall.
02Approvals live under My time
If you can approve timesheets, the approvals board renders beneath your own week rather than as a separate section. Your week and other people’s weeks are the same job, done in the same place.
